How much does TCMVP cost?
TCMVP is free for solo tracking, with no time limit and no credit card required. The Pro tier is $14.99 per month or $149 per year and adds PDF contract import, team management, automated daily reminders, and calendar export.

Which contract types does the PDF Import work with?
Import Loop is calibrated for dotloop PDFs from the Southwestern Illinois Board of REALTORS® (SIBR). Other board contracts and DocuSign exports are supported with a fallback parser, but parsed dates should be reviewed before saving.
Is my client data secure?
Every account is isolated with database row-level security. Data is stored on SOC 2 certified infrastructure (Supabase and Cloudflare). TCMVP does not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone. Uploaded PDFs are parsed in memory and discarded — they are never stored on disk.
Can I try TCMVP before paying?
Yes. The free tier has no time limit and does not require a credit card. You get unlimited transactions, the full calendar view, all five deadline types, color coding, and manual entry. Upgrade to Pro only when you need teams, automation, or PDF import.
How do automated reminders work?
Every morning at 8 AM Central, TCMVP scans your active transactions. If any deadline is zero to three days away, your assigned team receives a clean HTML email summarizing what is due. Every reminder includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you will keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period. No questions asked, no retention calls.
