TCMVP was born out of a simple frustration — and a determination to fix it. As a working real estate agent, I knew there had to be a better way to manage transactions, serve coordinating teams, and keep everyone on the same page.
The Origin
Managing real estate transactions is complex work. Deadlines shift, parties multiply, and the margin for a missed reminder is razor-thin. As an agent who also coordinates transactions for other teams, I found myself navigating a fragmented landscape — jumping between tools, spreadsheets, and inboxes just to keep things moving.
What I needed was a platform that could hold my own transactions separately from the teams I support, while still allowing me to communicate critical dates and reminders to every participant involved — clients, agents, lenders, title companies — without confusion or crossover.
I looked for that tool. When I couldn't find it, I built it.
I wanted one place where my transactions stayed mine, and every team's transactions stayed theirs — with reminders going out automatically so nothing fell through the cracks.
